I fall back into my cozy bed. But it’s only Monday.

Looks confident. Have good habits and be a proud partner. We want to be in our best front of all time. But one thing, I failed to keep a good habit routine.

Have you ever wondered why it is so easy to fall for bad habits? Because we love pleasure.

Blue screen. Drama and movies. Party. And potato chips make a ‘perfect package.’ We call these so ‘alive.’ But that’s more like taking our life away.

Then. We blame everything else but for not being able to control the nasty desire and fall back into the pleasure trap.

So, so much motivation, new year resolutions I failed again, the wish I made at the beginning of the year and a new beginning seems so old now.

Then how?

1. Do it Secretly

People cannot keep secrets.

And we repeatedly fall into the trap we set for ourselves. We love to console ourselves or hear someone say: “you so poor thing, hope you’re ok. It’s ok to fail this time. Try again.”

Blah Blah Vlab. “it is so encouraging somewhat.” You felt good, right? When someone ‘feels’ your sorry and pain. But that’s not helpful. We will never…
